Getting started (scoping review)
Sydney Consulting starts every project with a scoping review of the client's operations. The review is undertaken at a fixed cost, focuses on eight main areas and usually takes three to five weeks. The review will:
- Identify and quantify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Identify measurable goals
- Outline a project approach and return on your investment
We then present our client with a high level project plan including a cash flow implementation plan that forecasts both costs and anticipated benefits.
The next step - making the change.
Following our review and your acceptance of our project plan, we implement our change program. This usually takes between 18 to 24 calendar weeks.
Implementation takes the form of a productivity improvement program which permanently resolves operating problems by addressing the:
