Management Consultants

Candidates must have three to five years supervisory experience and can demonstrate participation in successful improvement programs.

The role requires: 
  • The analysis of review of existing operational problems
  • Linking these operating problems to a quantification of waste, lost capacity and lost profits
  • The preparation of multi-media presentations, training materials, handouts, procedures manuals of the highest standards
  • Working with clients to introduce the design and installation of operating systems within their organisations

Strategic Planning Consultants

Short term project work available in Asia for individuals capable of delivering ‘strategic planning' and ‘strategic implementation'.

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

The following qualifications and experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant industrial, commercial, legal, or management disciplines
  • People with hands-on experience at CEO level
  • Staff management and divisional accountability in large Australian or multinational corporations
  • Change management capabilities to introduce new skills and systems
  • Profit and loss accountability for significant business enterprises
  • Board of director and external stakeholder management skills
  • International business expansion (particularly across Asia)
  • Operational responsibilities for the delivery of products or services
  • Supply chain management
  • Sales and marketing strategies.

Project Requirements

These projects will involve the consultants:
  • Assessing the commercial potential for business expansion or rationalization
  • Drafting project proposals to fit the specific requirements of commercial clients
  • Facilitating and leading strategic planning sessions with CEOs and directors
  • Drafting 3-5 year Strategic Plans
  • Drafting detailed Strategic Implementation Plans
  • Designing new corporate structures that are aligned to strategy
  • Project managing the actual implementation.
