Sydney Consulting has established its Asian Headquarters in Bangkok the political capital of Thailand and the commercial centre of Indochina.  Bangkok's geographic position in the heart of South East Asia with its new international airport makes it an ideal hub to serve our 3-5 year strategic plans.

Our Asian Office provides the following services:

  • Strategic Planning
  • Preparing position descriptions with KPIs.
  • Market Access Programs

Sydney Consulting advises clients on the establishment of new markets across the Australian, Asian, and Middle Eastern markets.

We also provide an understanding of the cultural and regulatory impediments to developing new business which helps our clients to identify the most appropriate and cost effective ways to consolidate new business in or from Asia.

Our market access services extend from undertaking preliminary market research to coordinating the successful establishment of business both regionally and globally.

Management Control Systems

The core productivity improvement services offered by Sydney Consulting are now available for businesses across Asia.  These services identify the financial benefit of removing waste from existing business processes and increasing the productive capacity to lift profits.  We then provide the expertise and practical assistance to actually install new management control systems (MCSs) that deliver the financial benefits to the bottom line of our clients.
