Consulting Corporation has been involved with the Austrim Nylex
Automotive Products Division since April 2002. During this time they
have successfully completed the initial project undertaken and their
services further engaged at another four of our sites. A sixth site is
to be commenced within the next month.
During
this time they have worked with our people to successfully implement
programs that have seen the sites show a considerable improvement in
productivity performance as well as significant savings to our PBIT,
across the four sites of $6 million with a return on our investment of
four to one.
Their
willingness to work with the people on the floor has enabled our
management to develop their supervisory skills and installed a
Management Operating System that enables each site to review their
performance hourly, daily, weekly and monthly. This has allowed issues
that have previously existed to be identified, quantified and
eliminated.
