This amounts to a near 20% reduction in the capital invested in inventory and this important project was completed on time and within projected cost.

"I have held positions as Operations Manager, Plant Manager and Manufacturing Director for a number of years in a variety of industries. I have not seen an operations improvement approach by consultants as effective as the Sydney Consulting approach.
Many consulting firms can point out what should be done, however that is the easy task. The Sydney Consulting team worked at understanding the detail rather than applying broad concepts, and worked with my managers to help them understand and apply an effective management system. The system is fundamental to efficient manufacturing, simple and focused. It is therefore sustainable.
Sydney Consulting worked side by side with managers and supervisors on the shop floor to show them how to improve performance, and they follow up, coach and instill new behaviours.
