"I have held positions as Operations Manager, Plant Manager and Manufacturing Director for a number of years in a variety of industries. I have not seen an operations improvement approach by consultants as effective as the Sydney Consulting approach.

Many consulting firms can point out what should be done, however that is the easy task.
